By far the best Mexican food we have ever ate. Our family went in on a Friday night, they were very busy, but we only waited a short time. Service was excellent. Great margaritas and a wide selection of beers. We are from Phoenix and have had Mexican food from Mexico to New York and nothing comes close to the delights we had at La Unica. The appetizers were wonderful, we had the Shrimp Cocktails (fantastic) and Quesadilla's with a side of Green Chile. For dinner we were blown away by the enchiladas, the red enchilada sauce was the best ever. My wife had bacon wrapped shrimp in a spicy cream sauce that was to die for. If in Colorado Springs reserve time to stop by La Unica, you won't be disappointed. We will definitely return.
