I was treated to perhaps the worst service of my life at Watson's Fireplace & Patio. I dealt with a rude and dismissive sales agent who couldn't bestir himself to locate a price on a sale item; he easily slipped into aggressive sarcasm when I asked him if he would ask someone else for the price. A letter of complaint to the manager elicited zero response. Since I was a good customer of the garden center & had always received at least standard, polite service, the experience at the patio center was a surprise. And not at all acceptable from a hige-end store that charges premium prices.
Pros: nice inventory
Cons: high prices, indifferent service, unresponsive
