I have been to this store on several occasions. You have to get your name on a list, just to speak with someone. Then you have to wait...and wait...and wait.... I needed to pick out a phone. I called Sprint to complain and they suggested that I set up an appointment! An appointment to buy a phone to go with a plan that I signed up for earlier in the day with a rep over the phone?!! It was an estimated 25 minute wait. This is indicative of their service on every occasion that I have been to that store.
