I went in to get new contacts in time for a wedding I am going to be in. They were supposed to order a trial pair of lenses for me. It has been 3 weeks and they still don't have them. Basically, they forgot to order them for me. I now have no contacts to wear to the wedding. There glasses selection is OK, but I've seen better at other places. The doctor was nice enough but I am very disatisfied with the overall customer service and follow through on getting me my contacts. Pros: good parking, doctors Cons: expensive, poor customer service more
