This has been an absolute disaster with Cbeyond. Their technical support team really have no idea what they are doing most of the time except to add a patch or two every time we call. The phone service has been a little better than cell phone service when it comes to connectivity. We're just tired of calling them every week for a fix that we don't anymore. Most of us would rather use a cell phone instead of the office phone. DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACTS WITH THIS COMPANY
