We purchased over $2000 in appliances from Sears (after waiting 40 minutes for the only available salesman). Only ONE of the three appliances we purchased was delivered satisfactorily. Our range and microhood were on backorder and both were damaged when we finally received them. Turns out once you purchase from Sears their willingness to provide quality customer service disappears. We are extremely disappointed and will never purchase anything of value from Sears again. Cons: Poor customer service, Damaged goods more
