Recently went to Spa Xanadu for the first time and was not impressed with the staff or services offered. The spa is a nice place with very small facilites ( 1 bathroom in the locker room, teenie tiny whirlpool, etc.) Although, remodeled and nicely decorated... the staff there are not as acoomodating or friendly as you would expect at a place where you are paying very comparable prices to the high end spas. Organization of appointments was not an easy process and they lack overall quality in their setup. PLease double check before paying your big bucks to this place.
