I had my birthday dinner last Fri. We were having a great time until the waiter spilled red wine all over my shirt. Right when it happened, the waiter quickly said, "I'm sorry". Honestly, I can hardly remember him saying that. He never came back to our table to sincerely apologize. I went up to the Manager to explain what had happened. She didn't really apologize, but said she'll pay for the dry cleaning. I explained the situation that I was planning to wear the shirt that evening and how it totally ruined my birthday. The she goes, "What do you want me to do?" "Just wear the shirt, you can't even see it in the dark!" At that moment, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. The experience at the restaurant totally ruined my birthday. I would never go back there again! They didn't even comp us for anything!
