Had similar experience as others. Was told our group of 8 would be sat at two four tops together. Waited 90 minutes and another group that came after us was sat at one of the four tops that we waited for. The other half of our group was sat across the room. The other group said they would switch but the manager refused. Just the usual Napa Snobbery. The place was packed, so why give anyone good service? Anyone can manage a Restaurant when it's empty! Went to Sonoma and had dinner at at "Willi's". They were crowded but we still got good service. What a concept!!
