I had a question about the DVD that was 'released' on a Tuesday. It was supposedly be physically there by Wednesday so I called local Best Buy on the niagara falls blvd...(which is this store) through deaf services. He was like.. "Hello, this is Brian" then the medium (worker for Sprint)asked him to accept my relay message. He was like "uh no" and hung up. Yes, the medium types everything the person says on the other line. PROS: has most of things. CONS: poor customer services. more
