My husband and I both purchased 2 Trailblazers from Community in 2001, along with extended warranties. We sold one and asked for a refund on the first warranty and it took them twice the time it should have. After trying to use the warranty on the second vehicle we were then told that they do not honor the warranty they sold to us. We have now sold, bought and moved into a new home in the time we are still waiting for the refund on the second warranty. The service department also told us it would be a $200 job that the warranty did not cover and cost us $600 (they never even called to tell us it would be more).
PROS: None
CONS: Does not value a customer and their products.
