Dr. Sheffield is a wonderful, patient and compassionate doctor. I have been seeing her for years now and will continue to in the future. The staff at the UW clinic are top drawer. I am able to get a fast appt--usually the day I call or the next day. I don't think I've ever waited more than 5 minutes to see the Doctor from the time I walk through the door. This woman is at the top of her game and takes the time to explain every procedure, medication and condition you may face. During a cancer scare, she took the time to speak to me on the phone and reassure me about my condition. It takes guts to be a ""connected and plugged in"" doctor, and Pam is it!
