I only recently ventured upon Viognier after a friend of mine suggested we dine there after our sunday afternoon cooking class. Our entire 3hour dining experience was superb. From the sommelier to our fantastic waiter to all the other service staff, everyone was extremely friendly and created for a fine dining experience. We decided not to opt for the course pairings (which I will definitely be back to try out!) and opted for oysters on the halfshell, duck prosciutto pizzetta and ahi (prepared 3different ways/flavors). and of course a fabulous pinot, william selyem which always wins me over hands-down. EVERYTHING was so wonderful to the taste. You always know when you've had a great meal at a great restaurant when you're looking forward to introducing more of your friends to the place AND wanting to go back with them!
