I've been seeing Dr. Barr for 8 years, and I really like him. He's made emergency after-hour appointments for me before (many years ago). He always returns phone calls. He is very busy now, though, so it can take a while to get in on short notice. He also knows his meds, and listens to you if any side effects become intolerable to you.
