The laptop we keep in our kitchen recently suffered some abuse from our four-year old son. Presented with a blue screen and odd sounds eminating from the laptop's interior, I immediately knew that the fix to our problem was going to be well beyond my ape-like approach to computer repair--making grunting sounds while poking the machine in various random spots.\r

I found Click Away on Insider Pages and was encouraged by the rating I read so I gave them a call. Roscoe was very helpful and responsive, and was able to begin work on my computer immediately. He called me a couple of times while he had it to keep me apprised of his progress, and ultimately returned it repaired about 24 hours after I handed it over. I hope I don't have to use them again ... but they'll be my first choice if it's necessary.
