Awesome place to live. We rented here for 3 years. They allow pets in certain buildings which is a plus. they have extremely well maintained grounds and the maintanance people really came around quick and do a great job servicing the apartment. The price reflects this, being over $900 a month for a two bedroom when we moved out, which seemed a little steep. We would have stayed longer, but felt it was in our best interest to buy a home. They were very accomodating with the closing of our house and the office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Living at Heather Ridge, it is also considered West Deptford, making you eligible to join Riverwinds, probably the best community center and the best price of any fitness center I have ever known about. Highly recommended.
