They were very late (so late that they had to move the appintment to next day), but did not bother to call and tell me about it.\r
When the guy finally arrived, he did his work very quickly and efficiently. He was done in under 30 minutes. Charged 460+tax.\r

I called the manager to figure out why it cost so much. The manager said the guy overcharged us and the job really cost 310. I asked to tell me how much of it was labor and how much work and he said that the part cost them 35 bucks. That makes 275 bucks for half-hour work, which in my world is nonsense, even for a plumber.
