Geneisi Boot Camps rock! Where else can you go and get 'personal training' for $10 a day?! What's great about these camps is that they are truely designed to challenge all levels of fitness. Don't be discouraged if you're just starting out, and don't overlook it if you're in great shape. It's challenging, rewarding, fun and a great energy within a small groups. Every day is different, indoors and out. Instructors are GREAT! I'm addicted and will be starting the Level 10 class soon! Stay tuned for that review... ;o)
