We've been to Rumba a bunch of times and have had great luck. The menu is leaps and bounds more creative than most of the trendy restaurants in Nashville. The chef truly understands fusion cusine and does a great job meshing Caribbean, Latin American and American flavors. Last night we started with rosemary flatbread, sopa de ajo (garlic broth soup) and a wasabi caesar salad, all of which had amazing flavor combinations. Our server was very attentive but still laid-back, and all in all we had a perfect experience. Surprisingly good wine list and unusual, tasty mixed rum drinks, too.
Pros: Outside seating, Great Service, Laid-Back Atmosphere
Cons: Limited parking
