I work in a medium sized office and we were unhappy with the quality of help and service we were getting from an existing vendor. An account manager from Lanier contacted us and to cut a long story short we decided to go with them for a couple of copiers, we were so happy that since then we have upgraded nearly our entire office, it has made my like so much easier and they are so reliable. I don't know what we did without them.
