We purchased A Refrigerator and Washer Dryer for our new Townhome. One month prior to move in, I went to the store to request an upgraded W/D. It took 3 phone calls to them, during the course of the month to establish if the W/D requested would fit. It was only delivered 2 days prior to move in, after our walk through. The refrigerator was delivered at the same time. It did not work. We lost all our cold food and a replacement refrigerator was not available until 3 days later. It took an entire day of phone calls again to get the information that a replacement would be provided. Wiseman's would not cover any of the lost food costs. They would only go to the manufactuer to request it, with a receipt for the items. My opinion of their customer service, is very poor. I would not reccommend them.
