After my family lost everything in a house fire we went to Nelson's for help. We went there with our last $2500.00. They try to sell us an old nasty van! The person that drove the vehicle up from the back of the lot did have the heart to tell us that he had to jump start the Van and it belonged in a junk yard! The sales manager insisted that was all they could get us for the little money we had, and he thought it was a great deal. We went to Roby Autogroup next, and they treated us like family!
