Ribs have been my favorite food since I was a kid. And cooking is my hobby and ribs are my specality. I would highly recommend these above any including Whole Hog's which rates a distant second in Little Rock. I'd had jobs where I've travelled extensively and I always look for the best BBQ ribs in town and these are in the top 5 I've had ever and better than any I've had in Memphis and I've tried all but 1 of the top rated BBQ restaurants there. When ever I go out for ribs I make the 30 mile round trip to Fat Boys. It's worth it.
