The navigation system was installed incorrectly and a switch plate cover was broken during installation. The manager made it our problem and we had to go to the car dealership to special order the part which was fairly expensive. We picked up the part and went back to AMS to have the navigation system installed correctly (they omitted connecting a wire which caused the DVD player to be non-operational beside breaking the switch cover). They fixed the problem promptly however refused to reimburse us for the cost of the switch cover. We have dealt with them in the past and were very happy with the service. This time the service was subpar.
