I got a bill from them but I knew it was a misunderstanding. I moved my gas service and thought my $100 balance would have transferred over to my new address but it didnt. I called immediately after getting my 1st bill and tried to explain. The guy representing this company said he didn't care and kept interrupting me saying ""MasterCard or Visa??"". He treated my like I wasn't going to pay it. I gave him my number but I wanted to know if this little misunderstanding was going to affect my credit and he kept interrupting me asking me for a phone number where I could be reached if my credit card wouldn't go through. I felt like a second class citizen. It was awful!!
