For a Doubletree, this must be their most deprived property. It's like the Hilton Family of Hotels adopted a problem child - from very bad service to wall paper comming off of the walls - this hotel is NOT an updated hotel.
The property website is totally misleading. The hotel does NOT offer fishing or sailing ammentities or service.
I had requested a refrigerator and a microwave. They gave me a moldy refrigerator and an imaginary microwave.
To finish off on a good note, the views of the bay are excellent. From the waterfront balcony, I could clearly see San Francisco skyline, Alcatraz and the GG Bridge but, For the price of a hotel room, I can take a picture of the view and enlarge it as well as frame the picture and have the best part of this hotel captured forever.
