I contacted them concerning cheap pop-up campers, and possibly a used travel trailer in need of repair. Finally after two weeks of me leaving messages I got a call back that a unit was in repair and would be available soon. A month later no calls but a unit I was seeking shows up on their website. I called back to inquire and the unit was already sold. When it comes to customer service these guys are sorry.
