After 3 complaints about being seated directly below an a/c duct, causing much discomfort, being told that there was nothing they could do, all the tables were taken. Finally asked that our food be boxed ane we could eat in the parking lot. By the 2nd & 3rd time, 3 tables behind us that were not in the direct path of the a/c cleared but were were never offered to us. We had to ask for everything, more bread, iced tea, where is the 2nd shrimp cocktail we ordered? We spent $95 for 2 people ,a dry lobster. The Key Lime pie was excellant. We will NEVER return. Employees pooly trained in customer service. Surprised they have been around so long. Stay out ""A"" table dining rm if you don't care to eat in a meat locker. Not once did a manager ever come to address the problem in person.
