Too many clients to keep track of their orders. Our wedding invitations were not printed on time and on top of that they were not the same ones we had ordered! I couldn't believe that 12 moinths of planning resulted in less than a satisfactory product. If you want to be guarenteed a good product there are plenty other places to go- only wish I knew that a few months ago!
