I went into this restaurant and presented a gift certificate that they sent me and they refused to honor it.
The Manager tried to claim that it was valid only in the dining room (I sat in the bar) yet the certificate never stated that.
You can check it out for yourself by making a reservation on opentable.com and you will get a reply e-mail from the restaurant that offers you a free drink or appetizer. It does not mention anything about having to buy dinner.
The Manager sat and argued with me that he was right and I was wrong. Clearly, this Manager needs customer service training.
If you are going to use a gift certificate be very careful as they may give you a hard time.
For me, I will not be dining in this ""No Service"" restaurant.
