Sushi is great, the rice is cooked and seasoned perfectly (sushi IS rice). Sashimi is always good and the Sushi chefs are very knowledgeable. Loved the Steak Shinano and the Shrimp Shinano as well as the beef negimayaki. The raw oysters were great, loved the sauce. Try the sukiyaki with beef, fantastic. I'm NOT a vegetarian, but I really enjoyed the grilled tofu, hiya yako(cold tofu) and the eggplant appetizers. Service is always friendly and efficient.
