This is one restaurant that I miss the most in Frederick. Everyone goes nuts for the Dutch's Daughter who's men lacks change, creativity and oh my god-you can't put lump crab imperial on everything...The Brown Pelican is always switching it up to give you the most variety. AWESOME food, great atmosphere...I can't wait until some one invites me back to visit so we can go here. I never had so much fun at a restaurant.
