I work from home, so a performing computer system is valuable to me. I was having troubles connecting my laptop to my office & color printer. I happen to see these folks on Citysearch. They appear to be down to earth computer geeks. Their quick response impressed me -- arrrived at my house within a couple of hours. The tech was dressed very formal and was also very friendly. Within a matter of minutes he figured out my wireless card was disabled and I had forgot to take off the crazy protective film over the ink spout of the printer cartridge (stupid me!) He also informed me that my neighbors could access my network, because I had no security on my wireless router. The computer guy secured my wireless and configured my other computers with the new settings. All of this was completed in about an hour. Thank you Affirmative!
