My friend and I ate here during restaurant week. The service was not the greatest, we had to ask for our salad and refills of water. My friend said that her chicken was bland, but I have to say that my Osso Bucco was wonderful- we ended up sharing my course. Franco, the GM asked us about our meal. I told him that I was a little disappointed with the level of service, from then on- everything was right on point, he offered us free drinks at the bar up front bar- the BEST dirty goose martinis! I would definately go back again- maybe I should give Franco a heads up. Overall it was a good meal, the staff was great (later into the evening), maybe they were just a little forgetful? Although, I don't think that a restaurant needs to be reminded that they need to step up the service!
