I specifically told the secretary that my dog would need a muzzle when he gets his nails clipped. I asked her to relay this to the Scott Kepner. The information wasn't relayed, so I told him myself that he would need a muzzle. He stated it should be fine without one, so he proceeded and found that a muzzle really was necessary. He had the nerve then to tell me that it should really be relayed that my dog has difficulty getting his nails clipped. I felt like screaming. I also thought it was absurd that I was charged over a hundred dollars for an initial visit with my other dog who just needed his shots. His prices overall are outrageous. No wonder he can afford to put about five ads for his practice in the yellow pages.
Cons: Expensive
