The only bad thing about Del's is that it's open seasonally-so we have to wait all winter to enjoy our favorite dessert! We've been patronizing Del's for over 25 years, I believe it is still owned and operated by the same family. They serve homemade frozen custard (a Delicacy!), along with many other treats. There is a short-order type kitchen on the side that serves pretty decent fare, particularly the prolovone cheese sticks..YUM! Parking is ample and there are benches and a big lush hill to sit on while you enjoy your cone. We always request a bowl of vanilla custard for our dogs to enjoy too! It's a much more inviting atmosphere than the pavement and traffic down the street at Dairy Queen...We can't wait for this season's opening!!!!
