My 11 year old was on a field trip to the food court and was allowed to use the arcade. She removed her vest so that she could better play the games. She accidently left it there when she left and remembered about it within about three minutes. When she returned, she was told BY THE PERSON IN CHARGE that it was now his property and he had thrown it away. She called me in tears so I called the arcade and was VERY RUDELY TOLD THE SAME THING, that it was now his and he could do with it what he wants. How many of us have left jackets behind only to remember minutes later??? Have some patience--you are dealing in a business that deals with kids!!! We and everyone we know will not be spending a cent at that arcade EVER AGAIN!!
