Gaylord is a very special restaurant, with food that transcends and inspires! This is one of my favorite restaurants in Los Angeles, and be assured I have tried them all! I come from an Indian family and regularly take my relatives here for authentic, sophisticated, wonderful food. Vegetarians try the Paneer Makhani (tell the waiter Nicky to make it just right for you), bombay chat, aloo golbi, and saag paneer. Meat eaters try the tandoori fish which is so divine you'll be transported beyond the gates of heaven!! For dessert, try the kulfi which is a luxurious indian ice cream drizzled with rose water and pistachios. The restaurant owners was really nice people and will accomidate any requests. Gaylord will uplift you! This is real, authentic Indian food.
