After an unsuccessful attempt at buying a ring online (I bought a ring that was far too big and had to return it...), my fiancee and I decided to make an appointment with Serjeo. Like many first-time diamond buyers, I was afraid of getting pushed into buying an ugly or completely unaffordable ring... Serjeo put us at ease immediately and explained all the basics. We compared diamonds of different sizes and grades, and then looked at the diamonds on a few settings. Serjeo also used a photo of a ring that I provided to suggest a design.
