I went here based upon some recommendations I received from a few different people. I made the classic mistake of not asking for one of the more experienced stylists and ended up with one of their newest stylists (although the website claims this associate had 15+ yrs experience) I have never been whisked in and out so quickly in my life (didnt even cut my bangs). I have received way better haircuts at half the price at chains like Delaria. I guess picking the right stylist makes all the difference. My advice is to stay away from the newbies
