Manga Rosa is a trendy Italian - Brazilian fusion restaurant, a combination you won't find very often. Remarkably it seems they stay true to the essence that makes each type of cuisine great...well seasoned and savory Brazilian steak, and superb seafood pasta dishes. The salads and appetizers are all very good - my two favorites are the cheese bread and the Ahi tuna salad. For entrees the Brazilian steak is highly recommended and well priced at $28. The steak is sliced and served rare atop a sizzling hot plate!
The one draw back is their wine menu is tiny and overpriced. Corkage is $15.00, which isn't unreasonable, and may be a good option if you intend to enjoy a good bottle of wine with your meal. The mixed drinks are excellent, especially the Mojito's, although I would recommend avoiding the flavored Mojitos in favor of the standard fare.
