My husband has a John Deere Sabre riding mower. He contacted Executive to fix his mower. They did pick it up and return (at a cost of an additional $60 which I think is high for 5 miles). They charged $300 for the sharpening of his blades, oil change, and whatever else you do. They had a little problem with the credit card machine and ended up charging us twice, which they took care of when I called. They were very nice people however
