We were unhappy with the service provided by Ms. Hunt. She was over an hour late to our initial agreed upon time for the wedding day. The quality of her work was not what she represented during the sales process (one of the roles of film during our ceremony was double exposed). The final deliverable (the wedding album etc) was also late and did not include the negatives we were promised nor did it include an invoice for final payment. Over six weeks after receiving the album we received an invoice for nearly twice the amount previously quoted. Now to collect final payment our negatives our being held hostage.
