I went to the Laser Center of Maryland with big hopes for starting laser hair removal on several parts of my body. I had a scheduled consultation, and arrived on time for my appointment. I waited for about half an hour to be seen, and when I was seen, I did not get what I was expecting. All that they did was tell me how the treatment works, and what the general prices were. I already had treatment information from online, and the prices were only general; they were not based on how long my treatment would take. I went expecting that they would look at my hair and skin where I wanted treatment, and talk to me about price and effectiveness based on that. However, they did not look, and I was told that they would have to do a test spot when I came in for treatment. All in all, I felt like my consulation was a huge waste of time. They could have given me all of the same information over the phone, and I would not have had to wait half an hour to be seen!
