Just like the commercial says! These guys know customer service. Every time I've been in, they are friendly and welcoming, helpful in finding what I need and not pushy. Once I had to make an exchange on DVD-RWs, and I was in and out in less than 2 minutes! They got the product I actually needed for me, made an even exchange, no questions asked and I was on my way! Incredible!
PROS: Fast, friendly and efficient. Very clean. Not crowded or picked-over.
