I was very pleased with James Kellogg and was able to purchase my new jeep with several e-mails and one phone conversation. Only reason I wouldn't give them a 10 rating is because I feel I got lowballed on trade.
Pros: professional, inexpensive , no pressure
Cons: low trade in, crowded
