We have only used the boarding services, and have been pleased. Appointments go well, they have quite a few cages for larger dogs. When we have picked our dog up she seems happy and well cared for. The problems I have with it are that you cannot pick your animal up on Sunday. If it is a Monday holiday weekend, you can't get your pet until Tuesday. You pay for those 2 extra days as well. Their prices over all are lower than most of the other places we have used.The staff all have been friendly and helpful.
