Carmelitas is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the greater Sacramento area. I always order the same dish - a beef chimichanga, no guacamole, with rice on the side. If you're looking for Mexican food that is a bit more authentic than Taco Bell or Jimboy's, then Carmelitas is a great alternative. It's a little expensive, I warn you, but very tasty. Try the margaritas, too.
