My husband called in a refill (the call and wait half a day service) a couple of days ago. He went down yesterday to pick it up. It wasn't ready. He had only 10 pills left on his prescription. The pharmacist said he faxed a request for a full refill to the physician; the physcian said he didn't, This greedy pharmacist was willing to charge my husbant $10 for the co-pay for 10 pills and then another co-pay when he had the full prescription. He wasn't willing to take the time to call my husband, call the physician or fax the request. To quote my husband, he was willing to suck the very last dollar out of his wallet.
