I brought my previous car twice to Honda Hospital. They were really good about doing an evaluation of my car, but once I had problems they had little to no communication and it affected my schedule. I had had my car towed there when it broke down and instead of telling me they were too busy to see my car that day, it ended up just sitting on their lot for the day. Then they had to order a part from Honda, but they didn't tell me that it was not there, and basically I had to do all the calling up until the point that I gave up and left the car there for the weekend. The service has been fine, but the communication leaves a lot to be desired.
